Privacy Policy

Estimator submissions. If you use our loan estimator and choose to be contacted, we collect what you give us: your email address, phone number, and the loan details you enter (property type, location, loan amount, current terms, and similar). We also store a record of the consent you gave — the exact consent language shown to you at submission (currently version v1-draft, maintained in the site's consent module) plus a timestamp — so we can prove what you agreed to.

Basic analytics. Which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, in aggregate. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Browsing the site's lender data requires no account and no personal information.

RefiLoop is a commercial mortgage brokerage. Estimator submissions are leads for that brokerage: we use your contact information and loan details to reach out about financing options for the scenario you described, per the consent you gave. Analytics are used to understand which lender data is useful and improve the site.

Your information stays within RefiLoop's brokerage operations. In the course of arranging financing you asked about, we may share relevant loan details with lenders — that is the point of a brokerage. We use ordinary service providers (hosting, database, email) to run the site, and they process data only on our behalf.

We never sell your information to third-party lead resellers. Submitting the estimator puts you in contact with RefiLoop — not on a list that gets shopped around.

We keep estimator submissions while the lead is active and for as long as reasonably needed for brokerage record-keeping, then delete or anonymize them. Consent records are retained as long as required to document the consent itself. Aggregate analytics contain no personal information and may be kept indefinitely.

Email david@refiloop.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We honor deletion requests except where we must retain a minimal record (for example, proof that you opted out of contact). You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time — reply STOP to any text, ask to be removed on any call, or email us — and contact stops.

Minimal. The site works without accepting anything beyond what's technically necessary to serve pages. We do not set third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
